Monte J. Ketner, 67, of Ramona died Sept. 4. He was born in Fresno and was a firefighter captain for the La Mesa Fire Department.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Ketner; daughters, Kelly Burns of La Mesa, Debra Ketner of San Diego and Marcy Romero of Ramona; son, Martin Durham of Hawaii; sister, Peggy Hingle of Oregon; and four grandchildren.

Services: 1 p.m. tomorrow, La Mesa Community Center, 4975 Memorial Drive, La Mesa.

Inurnment: Nuevo Memory Gardens, 532 Ash St., Ramona.

BERT LANDEROS

June 28, 1950-Sept. 12, 2007

Bert Landeros, 57, of San Diego died Wednesday. He was born in Ensenada, Mexico, and was a freelance artist.

Survivors include his wife, Jacie Landeros; and sisters, Tina Lee and Jenny Hernandez of Seattle.

Services: 1 p.m. today, Mission Crest Garden, 3940 Dove St., Suite 422, San Diego, CA 92103.

SARA GRACE LAUNDY

April 15, 1936-Sept. 2, 2007

Sara Grace Laundy, 71, of San Diego died Sept. 2. She was born in Great Falls, Mont.

Survivors include her daughters, Margaret Sedgwick of San Diego, Bernice Israels of Reno and Kathleen Call of Oceanside; son, Frank Laundy of San Diego; sister, Alice Riley of Mesa, Ariz.; and seven grandchildren.

RALPH ARTHUR LOH

Jan. 28, 1930-Aug. 20, 2007

Ralph Arthur Loh, 77, of San Diego died Aug. 20. He was born in Chicago and was an electronic systems design engineer. He served in the Navy during the Korean War and the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Loh; daughter, Kathy Loh of Soquel; sons, Richard Loh of San Diego and Roger Loh of Anaheim; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday, Pacific Beach Presbyterian Church, 1675 Garnet Ave., San Diego.

JOAQUIN B. LOPEZ

Aug. 23, 1945-Sept. 12, 2007

Joaquin B. Lopez, 62, of San Diego died Wednesday. He was born in Mexico and was a welder.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Lopez; daughter, Claudia Lopez and Berenice Lopez; sons, Joaquin Lopez Jr. and Omar Lopez; sisters, Guadalupe Munguia, Maria Munguia, Juana Munguia and Imelda Munguia; brother, Mateo Munguia; and five grandchildren.

Visitation: 5 to 9 p.m. tomorrow, with rosary at 7 p.m., Salli Lynn Chapel, Greenwood Mortuary, 4300 Imperial Ave., San Diego.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday, St. Jude Shrine of the West, 1129 S. 38th St., San Diego.

Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park.

ANN MEYER MAKEEVER

Aug. 20, 1916-Sept. 4, 2007

Ann Meyer Makeever, 91, of La Mesa died Sept. 4. She was born in Fargo, N.D., and was an ordained minister. She was a singer for the Starlight Opera and an author.

Survivors include her daughters, Carlyn Duffy of Oregon, Roberta Zito of Los Angeles and Kate Rosser of Arizona; son, Barry Rosser of California; brother, Lowell Remington of Utah; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services: none announced.

Inurnment: 3 p.m. tomorrow, El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego.

PRISCILLA MATIAS MARQUEZ

July 9, 1962-Sept. 12, 2007

Priscilla Matias Marquez, 45, of San Diego died Wednesday. She was born in Manila and was a billing clerk for Paradise Valley Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Rolando Marquez; daughter, Samantha Marquez; sons, Moises Marquez and Jose Marquez; parents, Beatriz and Orlando Matias; sisters, Rebecca Asuncion, Angelita Lopez, Maribel Nadonga and Jacqueline Coronel; and brother, Orlando Matias.

Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. today, California Cremation & Burial Chapel, 2200 Highland Ave., National City.

Services: 9 a.m. to noon tomorrow at the chapel.

Interment: Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita.
