Oceanside Terraces map OK'd; condo sales, jobs get green light

UNION-TRIBUNE

April 13, 2006

OCEANSIDE – Tenants can start signing up to live or work in this city's latest major redevelopment project, the six-story Oceanside Terraces.

The City Council last night unanimously approved the final map for the project.

Once the map is recorded with county officials, condominium sales can begin at prices expected to start at just under $700,000.

The project, which is under construction, is to contain two levels of underground parking, shops and restaurants on the ground floor, offices on the second floor and four floors of condominiums.

It is being built on Cleveland Street between Mission Avenue and Seagaze Drive, adjacent to the Regal Cinemas complex.
