Click here or call Subscriber Services at 800.533.8830 to have your delivery service temporarily stopped while you are away from your home or business. We will hold the newspapers and deliver them upon your return.
How do I cancel home delivery of The San Diego Union-Tribune?
You may cancel your home delivery of The San Diego Union-Tribune by calling Subscriber Services at 800.533.8830 or by using our contact web page. Your satisfaction with our products and services is important to us. Please be sure to let us know why you wish to cancel.
Who do I tell if my paper was not delivered, was damaged or missing sections?
Please click here or call Subscriber Services at 800.533.8830 to report an issue with your home delivery service. You may request credit or a replacement. Newspaper delivery is guaranteed Monday – Friday by 6:00 am and on weekends and holidays by 7:00 am.
Please note replacement services of missed or damaged newspapers are only available between 6:00 am and 10:30 am Monday – Friday and between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm weekends and holidays (in most areas).
Be sure to notify us during replacement hours to ensure same day replacement for qualifying addresses.
Requests received by 5:00 pm weekdays or by noon at weekends and holidays will be replaced the next delivery day. Please allow 48-hours for requests received after these hours.
